Coordinate with the production director to formulate the company's production goals, prepare the annual production plan, and carry out production scheduling, management, and control.
3. Coordinate the various links and resources in the production process, promptly identify and take measures to resolve issues that arise during production;
4. Organize and supervise production and technical R&D personnel to improve production processes and upgrade technology, continuously enhancing and improving product quality;
Establish, standardize, and improve the operational processes of various departments within the production system, and create a good communication mechanism among the departments of the production system.
6. Organize and improve the production operation system, cost control system, assessment system, and various institutional processes;
Daily management tasks and employee management, guidance, training, and evaluation, effectively motivating employees to improve work performance.
Strengthen the control of safety production, implement and strictly enforce safety regulations and production operation procedures to ensure safe production.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical manufacturing, electromechanical integration or related fields.
2. Priority will be given to those with production management experience in the same industry.
3. Proficient in assembly processes, machining, etc.;
4. Familiar with the production operations and management of manufacturing enterprises, with rich experience in production management, cost control, and coordinated operations.
5. Possess a comprehensive understanding of lean production principles and rich practical experience in lean production.
Possesses good planning ability, guiding ability, coordinating ability, and decision-making ability, along with strong comprehensive coordination and organizational management skills.
