At the end of 2023, Zhikui Technology's Liuzhou production base initiated the construction of flexible production lines for DHT and EDS.。

To improve production line utilization, this production line must ensure a high degree of automation while being compatible with a variety of product series, which means that design and technical aspects need to have a high level of universality and flexibility. Different products have varying specifications and process requirements, and ensuring that the production line can seamlessly switch between productions has become the primary challenge that the technical team needs to overcome. Meanwhile, customers' demands for products are constantly changing, making the originally tight construction timeline even more urgent.。

The most challenging aspect is that the company's production technology team is building from scratch, and everything needs to progress through trial and error. Our production technology team and equipment manufacturers worked closely together, achieving the transition from the first drawing to the arrival of the first equipment in just two and a half months.
