On January 30, 2026 (the 12th day of the 12th lunar month in the Yisi year), EZ-DRIVE Technology's 2025 Annual Summary Conference and Year-end Gala grandly kicked off in a warm and peaceful atmosphere. All EZ-DRIVE people gathered in Liuzhou to look back on the brilliant past of working together in 2025, jointly draw the development blueprint for 2026, and prepare for the new journey of the Year of the Horse with a grand event full of joy and cohesive strength.

Annual Summary

At the gala, Zhong Cheng, founder, chairman and general manager of EZ-DRIVE Technology, delivered a keynote speech entitled 'Explore New Domains · Smart Future', setting an ambitious and forging tone for the entire annual conference. General Zhong comprehensively reviewed the company's rapid and leapfrog development in 2025, affirmed the employees' hard work and struggle day and night throughout the year, and the solid performance is the best proof of all EZ-DRIVE people working together towards a common goal and making concerted efforts to overcome difficulties. This year, we broke through the shackles of production capacity and sounded the strong voice of mass production. Over the past year, EZ-DRIVE Technology's annual revenue increased by 294.12% year-on-year, including 191,000 sets of electric drive assembly sales and 63,000 sets of stator and rotor sales. We not only added 5+ high-quality customers in the automotive field, achieved supporting for 10+ new vehicle models, consolidated traditional advantages and expanded new growth points; but also successfully developed 5 core aviation customers in the aviation field, completed the delivery of 6 kinds of key products, and formally entered the high-end supply chain system. This year, we consolidated the manufacturing foundation, completed the construction and mass production of 1 round wire stator and rotor production line in Hefei; completed the construction of 2 stator and rotor production lines in Liuzhou, realizing mass production; completed the technical transformation of 2 general assembly lines, with the JPH value increased to 35, achieving the production capacity of 400,000 sets of pure electric drive systems and 200,000 sets of hybrid boxes per year. The newly added 4 stator and rotor production lines have an annual production capacity of 700,000 sets of stators and rotors. This year, we not only obtained the high-tech enterprise certification, but also the specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and novel small and medium-sized enterprise certification. We also successfully passed the ISO 14001/45001 and IATF 16949 certifications, and completed the Series A and A+ round financings, with a total financing of over 100 million yuan.

From the day and night efforts to climb the production capacity, to the excellence in quality control, and then to the overcoming of technical breakthroughs, every achievement is condensed with the courage of EZ-DRIVE people to cut through thorns, their down-to-earth persistence and the joint efforts of all. In the new year, we will continue to expand the application boundary of electric drive technology, explore the application of electric drive technology in more emerging strategic fields such as electric motorcycles, commercial vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, embodied intelligence, ships, engineering machinery and agriculture, assist the electrification transformation of various industries, and provide strong support for future green travel.
