Relying on profound experience in motor R&D and manufacturing, EZ‑DRIVE has built a multi‑generation electric drive system product platform covering the 180 Series and 270 Series, which is fully compatible with 400V/800V voltage platforms, providing efficient and reliable core power solutions for new energy vehicles and related fields.
1. 180 Series: All‑Rounder Platform for Driving and Generation
The 180 Series stator and rotor feature a Φ180 outer diameter as the core, and have gone through three generations of technological iterations: Gen 2.0, Gen 3.0, and Gen 4.0, continuously breaking through performance limits.
Performance Range:
- Peak torque: 90–350 N·m
- Peak power: 50–245 kW
- Peak speed: up to 23,000 rpm
It can meet power demands from economy vehicles to high‑performance models.
Efficiency & Cooling:
- Maximum efficiency improved from 97% to 97.5%.
- Cooling evolved from wrap‑around water cooling, to oil jet cooling, and further to high‑speed centrifugal oil cooling, upgrading heat dissipation and power density simultaneously.
Customized Solutions:Provides various mature drive motor solutions including MC075WLA/B/C, MC110YGA, MC100WLA.The stack length of stators and rotors is flexible, balancing cost and performance.
2. 270 Series: High‑Efficiency Platform Dedicated for Range Extenders
The 270 Series focuses on range extender applications, with a Φ270 outer diameter as the core, divided into two generations:
- Gen 2.0: 400V generator
- Gen 3.0: 650V generator
High‑Efficiency Power Generation:
- Peak torque: 120–230 N·m
- Peak power: 60–140 kW
- Maximum efficiency: up to 97.5%, enabling high‑efficiency energy conversion.
Structure Optimization:
- More compact stack length (35–66 mm).
- Cooling upgraded from wrap‑around water cooling to wrap‑around oil cooling, meeting the strict space and heat dissipation requirements of range extenders.
3. Core Advantages
- Multi‑Generation Iteration:From Gen 2.0 to Gen 4.0, electromagnetic design and cooling technology are continuously optimized, achieving dual improvements in performance and efficiency.
